6 Habits of Genuinely Happy People

Everyone wants to know the secret to happiness.
That’s why self-help books promising to unlock the key to being happy are bestsellers year after year.
A “magic” formula. A complicated 10-step process. We’ve been led to believe that happiness is always just out of reach, waiting for us to complete a series of complex steps to attain it.
In reality, happiness isn’t nearly as elusive as you might think.
While I don’t have a magic formula to give you, I can tell you this: genuinely happy people tend to have some pretty awesome habits.
